  I had a really great experience at Subway! Sunny and Gurleen are both very friendly, polite, and welcoming. The way they communicate with customers is really nice, and they always make you feel comfortable and valued. The atmosphere is also great, and they treat everyone with so much respect and kindness. Really appreciate their excellent customer service. Keep up the great work, Sunny and Gurleen! ⭐️👏

  The employee treated me in a very disrespectful and unprofessional manner , When I politely asked if he could use a different loaf of bread because the one he selected appeared to be overly toasted , he refused without giving a reasonable explanation , Instead of trying to help or provide good customer service , he told me that if I did not accept that loaf of bread, he would not make my sandwich. When I explained that I was paying for my meal and was simply requesting a different loaf of bread , he refused to serve me altogether , I remained calm and respectful during the entire interaction, but I felt embarrassed , disrespected , and unfairly treated , This experience did not reflect the level of customer service I expect from Subway , and I hope this matter is taken seriously and investigated

  Online was order wrong. Sandwich was nothing less than pathetic.

  The staff were friendly, quick, and made great sandwiches. This is the best subway in the area.
