Used to like this location, but today was frustrating. I went there around 6:55 PM to ship two laptops internationally. Store closes at 7:30 PM. I did not have the labels printed because I needed help with the shipment process due to the batteries. The employee immediately said he would not do it because “it takes too much time.” I even mentioned there was still time before closing, but he just did not want to deal with it. It honestly felt like they just did not care because their salary gets paid anyway whether customers are helped properly or not. I understand not wanting to start something huge right at closing time, but this was 35 minutes before closing and the complete unwillingness to help was disappointing.

They will be too lazy to deliver packages so they just give you a door tag with an invalid number so you never have any way of getting your package and it's free money for them

I went to the FedEx location to pick up a package after two failed delivery attempts. I was told the package would be available for pickup at the office. At the front counter, the employee asked for my ID. She then refused to release the package because the address on my ID did not match the package address exactly. I showed her a bank statement with my name and the correct delivery address, but she still refused, saying the address did not match verbatim. I also pointed out the FedEx policy posted at the location, which appeared to state that the recipient may verify identity by matching the name, address, or both. She did not engage with that explanation and instead told me I should contact the shipper to correct the address exactly. During the interaction, I felt the employee’s tone and handling of the situation were unnecessarily hostile and dismissive. At one point, she mentioned that there were cameras in the location, which I understood as a signal that I should leave rather than continue asking for clarification. The interaction became uncomfortable enough that two other employees came out from the back area to see what was happening. I am requesting for clarification on the correct FedEx pickup policy and for this incident to be reviewed, because I had valid supporting documentation showing my name and the correct delivery address, yet the package was still not released.
