I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience at this FedEx location was disappointing because of the employee's attitude. Customer service should be respectful, professional, and solution-oriented. Instead, I was met with a dismissive and confrontational tone that felt unnecessarily rude and unwelcoming. The interaction occurred in front of other customers, making the experience even more uncomfortable.
Everyone can have a bad day, but there is no reason for customers to be spoken to in a manner that feels disrespectful or insulting. A little courtesy and professionalism would have gone a long way. I hope management reviews the customer service standards at this location and provides additional coaching where needed. I visited the store on June 11 (after 3 pm) to drop off a package.
Incompetence. Package was delivered here they say they didn’t accept it cause it was a usps package. USPS doesn’t have it for 2 days now, they say it’s with FedEx. Where is my package? 3rd usps lost package and I’m losing money time and energy.

I’ve been here a few times and always have a good experience. Everyone is helpful and kind, and today 04/06 Nick really helped me out
