  Laddy!! Was so knowledgeable and educated me on my different options for my insurance, i have never experienced anything like her service. I felt that with anything I need to always reach out to her. I am proud to say she will now and forever be my agent for anything of my needs i highly recommend working with Laddy she is the best! And she is bilingual in spanish and English and was able to understand everything about my plans thank you again Laddy

  Received excellent service from Suzanne Flores! She helped me review coverage on all of my cars, helped correct my mistakes and really made me feel comfortable with the selections I made.   Suzanne Flores was an absolute delight to work with reviewing our various policies. I called to make sure there weren’t any issues or changes that needed addressing. Suzanne asked me a few questions and discovered we still had a home equity mortgage listed on a couple of policies. I had forgotten to inform Allstate that we had paid off that loan last year. Suzanne quickly updated the policies and helped me avoid what could have been a major problem in the future. People like Suzanne who actually care about their customers are why we have been with Allstate for nearly 50 years.
