  I was a customer of progressive for over 5+ years, and I was never satisfied with the quote I was paying. Then I received a call from Allstate with a quote for full coverage and renter's insurance for what I was paying at progressive and I'm so happy that I took the time to listen to a different quote from Allstate and I'm locked in for the time being. Ms. Laddy Marin's quality of professionalism is completely AWESOME 💯. She was very helpful with discounts and was very consistent and courteous to me, I wish that all agents were as professional as Laddy. Thanks Allstate for Ms. Laddy Marin She's totally AWESOME 💯🌹❤️🙏

  I spoke with two different representatives previously and spent numerous hours trying to get my insurance issue resolved. Luckily, I was connected with Rhianne P. today, and she fixed everything in a matter of minutes. She walked me through the entire process, was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely one of the sweetest customer service representatives I’ve ever spoken with. I only wish every agent could be like her. She is the perfect example of first-call resolution. Having agents like Rhianne makes all the difference. Thank you for providing such outstanding customer service!

  Amazing customer service from Rhianne. I signed up immediately. She took her time to explain any and everything to me and I truly appreciate that. Everything was so easy and fast I was officially insured while still on the phone with Rhianne. I can honestly say this because I have tried multiple insurance companies for my cars and home and this was the best first interaction I ever had. If you are reading this Rhianne( I hope you are) Truly Thank you for the amazing customer service today. Nowadays it is hard to get someone with amazing customer service skills so thank you. 10stars if I could on here☺️
