  Very disappointing experience with DHL. I was given incorrect information by an employee regarding my shipment. I was specifically told very loudly and rudely that my package had been returned to the sender when in reality, it had simply been placed on hold. Instead of communicating the truth with me she saw me getting teary eyed because this is my wedding dress I’m supposed to be picking up and she chuckled at me several times and rolled her eyes telling me nothing I can do because they’re sending it back to sender that evening. I asked her to show me proof where it says return to sender because on my end with tracking info I’m only seeing a hold and she said she is not allowed to share her screen with me. I finally was able to pick up my package today and she did not say anything to me. She saw me and walked away to the back without saying anything. Worst public experience ever. She was the same person to give my package to me and was very visibly upset because she had lied about it being sent back when I asked her why she spent 2 days telling me it was being returned she was silent unlike the other day when she was louder and told me my situation sucks. Today, she did not ask my name or my way bill number when releasing my package today but quietly went to the back to grab my package and shoved it over to me asking me to leave now. I asked for her name at the end of this interaction. She refused said she doesn’t have to give me any information about herself according to DHL policy, snickered and then walked away closing the door on me until I left. I don’t know how this specific location allows this person to be in the front dealing with customers when they have no service skills whatsoever. I understand that communication and tracking errors can happen, but giving customers false or inaccurate information is extremely frustrating especially when it causes unnecessary stress and confusion. I had to follow up myself with the store manager and customer service several times to find out what was actually happening with my shipment and why this employee was threatening to send my shipment back to the sender. I hope DHL provides better communication and makes sure ALL employees are giving customers accurate information about their packages.

  Not sure why they have a phone. I’ve been calling multiple days 4-5 times a day and I’ve never been able to speak to anyone over the phone. I went in person and the front desk was unoccupied while they hung out in the back

  Bigger lady that works in the back with two braids is very rude and unhelpful. Paid over $1000 to deliver my package to Australia and they lost my package in this location (she said it was an accident on her behalf) and returned it back to me and said good luck basically with no refund in sight

  Dhl stated that a package delivery was attempted. But they never attempted a delivery. Avoid at all costs.
