I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Sergio, the manager at the Sun Valley FedEx location. My package was unfortunately lost, and Sergio went above and beyond to help track it down and find a solution. He was professional, compassionate, and genuinely committed to helping me.
What impressed me most was his dedication and willingness to continue working on the issue even over the weekend. In a time when I was frustrated and worried about my package, Sergio’s outstanding customer service made a huge difference. He kept me informed, made every effort possible to locate and deliver the package, and treated my situation as if it were his own.

Worst delivery people in Los Angeles, California this guy who delivers my packages from this FedEx location always puts my packages on other peoples front door of the building where I leave this is unacceptable. So unsatisfying. It is a miserable service.

I had to pick up a package and the female employee was very helpful locating it.
The level of service I encountered was unprofessional, inconsistent, and completely unreasonable. Your employees, including a manager named Gabriela and another staff member, Judith, demonstrated a lack of basic customer service skills and failed to handle a straightforward situation appropriately.
I was denied the release of my package because the address on my ID did not match the delivery address. While inconvenient, I attempted to resolve the issue by returning with my wife and our small child, whose ID does match the delivery address. Despite this, your staff still refused to release the package, now claiming they required additional “proof” that I am connected to the address.
This logic is absurd and unacceptable. By your reasoning, are residents not allowed to receive packages on behalf of family members? The handling of this situation reflects poor training, lack of judgment, and complete disregard for customers’ time and circumstances.
As a result, I was forced to make multiple unnecessary trips, causing significant inconvenience to my family.
