  Package was out for delivery around 8am. I was waiting at home the entire time. Suddenly I receive a notification that the delivery was attempted which is completely untrue. The driver Bryan didn’t even attempt to deliver. He never called or anything. And the only photo he provided was a photo of my label on the box. I don’t like how they claimed that “customer was unavailable”. They didn’t even try to contact me or anything. I’m so disappointed. If I had the option of choosing a different delivery carrier, I would. This is ridiculous.

  I thought I forgot to sign something I was sending and they were very nice about finding my package opening it and repacking everything once I had double checked it

  The delivery driver Denisse made Absolutely no attempt to delivery my package. She took a picture of my door then left. Customer Service told me that I that I have the option of picking up my package between 3 & 7pm. I get to 11340 Sherman Way, Sun Valley, CA which is where I made arrangements to pick up my package. I was then told they are going to make another attempt. I am totally Livid because of the run-around they are giving me for a simple process!!!!!
