  I made a Notary Public appointment on THEIR UPS website — I planned my day around this, received a confirmation email and everything — only to drive there, pay for parking, wait in line, and then be told that they haven’t provided this service for a while now and I’d have to go somewhere else.

  I needed notary service, set up and appointment in advance, received automated confirmation about my appointments, then upon my arrival to notarize my important, time-sensitive documents, I was notified that notary services are unavailable at that location. Furthermore, the employee noted that the services had not been available for a while. No apology was given, no alternative offered, just a "yep, we don't got 'em; good luck." People are notarizing important and often time-sensitive documents. It's reckless to be so blasé about it. I ended up wasting a good deal of time and lots of energy because of their false advertising.

  The attendant here is always so kind, polite and extremely helpful! My favorite ups store! And I go to ups a lot!
