  The owner of this location is amazing. I went to Universal Studios for Mother’s Day and unfortunately left my keys in the hotel. The hotel was supposed to drop my keys off at the store and ended up not doing so or informing me. Being that I had already paid for a label and was missing work I was frantically searching for ways to get my package to the store. In the last attempt I asked if a worker could pick it up and Ryan went out of his way during rush hour for them to ensure my package made it before the next day air truck arrived. My package is on its way and I won’t have to miss another day at work. As a fellow UPS store employee for a San Jose, Ca location it is refreshing to see such great customer service and willingness to help someone in need. I would give them 100 stars if I could. I highly recommend them for all your business.

  The staff at this store is really great...they all super fast, efficient, helpful and very knowledgeable. Of course, as an official UPS Store they have all the bells and whistles you’d expect (packing supplies, shipping, etc.). I’ve been using this UPS Store for a couple years now to receive packages and mail (due to rampant mail and package theft that started happening in our neighborhood in the hills, and still continues to this day). But i kind of like it better that receiving at home (esp, for packages, since the delivery people seem to just toss boxes over our gate). We’re just 2 blocks from the store, so the location is ideal I love the fact that they know me well enough, that if they see me parking, often they’ve got my package waiting for me when I walk in (and I just need to sign the digital screen, and I’m back out in seconds). I highly recommend this business, and it’s truly EXCELLENT staff. Thanks!
