Terrible experience, the old woman working there is very rude and bad service. They need to hire people who are more professional.

This location sucks disrespected my autistic brother he asked for food modifications like like the mayo to be spread on the bread and they poured some of the meat off the rotisserie chicken footlong sub. Called 2 days in a row asking for a manager and got some dude who refused to give a name and hung up. I explained the situation ro another Hispanic woman who said call back in 30 because the manager is busy. Kids run this store they do what they want and cover for eachother domt go here

I was craving a late night snack and decided to be healthy so I came to the subway in studio city. the gentleman that helped me his name was Oliver or Omar (I kinda forgot which one it was). He was very sweet and listened to exactly how I wanted my sandwich and I’m very picky. He was very patient, he has great customer service and I would highly recommend this subway location.
