I want to give this location 4 starts because I have had such lovely and helpful service the past few times I was there. So overall I like this store, but today, a man, I think his name is Astair, he was wearing a mask, middle-aged, white. He was brief, short, rude. Seemingly overwhelmed when there seemed to be more
Employees than customers. I get that all have bad days and maybe he was having one, but his atrocious customer made me leave today to take my service elsewhere and I'm not sure I'll be coming back here.
I have been coming to this store for over 10 years. Today I met someone that was absolutely out of their minds. Saying things that made no logical sense. It's such a shame that some people don't have the ability to rationalize and reason.

I had a really mixed experience at FedEx Office Print & Ship Center.
On the positive side, the girl who helped me (I wish I remembered her name) was genuinely great. She walked me through everything from start to finish, was patient, and made the whole process smooth. Easily the highlight of the visit.
Unfortunately, the rest of the experience didn’t match that level. A couple of the older gentlemen working there came off pretty grumpy and kept insisting customers had to buy an extra box when they actually didn’t. They were corrected more than once, but there was no acknowledgment or apology, which made it feel unnecessarily frustrating and a bit dismissive.
The location itself is fine and gets the job done, but the inconsistency in service really stands out. Big appreciation for the employee who helped me—she’s doing it right—but the rest of the team could use a reset on customer experience.
Stay away from this FedEx location like the plague! It has to be one of the worst run locations in the valley. There’s almost always a long wait because it’s understaffed. And, the staff that is there has no idea how to prioritize service. There is never a manager or, anyone in charge. Terrible!

Angela was incredibly helpful getting a rush order together. I was confused about some of the price differences—but Angela worked with me and came up with a solution that worked. Incredibly helpful, and very kind.
