    I was returning 2 large boxes I received from Amazon. I had only received 1 tracking code for both boxes. Paramjeet explained that I needed 2 separate tracking codes or UPS would not pick up both packages. She was very helpful assisting me in obtaining a second tracking number from Amazon, which was an ordeal, and then printing the label, because I didn’t receive a QR code to scan. I really appreciated the wonderful customer service she provided me, as I was getting frustrated dealing with the situation. Thank you so much!

    They were nice and friendly. I did a fax it took a little while, but they were accommodating.
