  Update : 12/9/2024 went in today and they have a banner “under new management” the lines moved fast they had about 4 employees working .. Happy to see someone take over this place , hopefully it keeps running smooth in the future .. Nov 2024 Does this store makeup their own hours ?? I pulled up at 4:30pm since there sign says they close at 6pm . WHY ?? Is it closed all lights turned off no one in sight ? What kind of business runs like this . Second time in a row I experienced this

  When you type in FEDX drop off locations in Google Maps, it says the UPS store accepts boxes, but when you bring the box in, the employee's say, oh no we don't do that, REALLY? BAD Information.

  Went 3 days in a row and closed all 3 days. Have no clue if the store is closing down or what... Online says 8 to 6 but little paper says 8 to 5. Went at 1pm closed, came back at 3 pm closed. Next day same thing... Trying to stay positive but common.. is any upper UPS people looking into this has so many bad reviews, can someone please get their attention...
