  I specifically chose this location because of its convenience to both my home and workplace, and I had successfully conducted business here in the past. Unfortunately, my recent experience was incredibly disappointing and frustrating. The representative who initially assisted me (a younger lady African American with glasses and very short hair) was extremely unfriendly from the moment I approached the counter. Her attitude made me feel as though I was inconveniencing her simply by asking for assistance. I was attempting to return equipment to my former employer, and instead of looking into the matter or making any effort to help, she repeatedly refused assistance and would not even check the system to verify the return process. As someone who has worked in customer service for over 15 years, I was honestly shocked by the lack of professionalism and basic courtesy. I spent nearly 30 minutes going back and forth while simultaneously contacting my HR department to determine whether I had been given incorrect return instructions. The entire experience was unnecessarily stressful and could have been resolved in just a few minutes with a willingness to help. Thankfully, another associate named Clair stepped in and completely turned the situation around. She was friendly, knowledgeable, resourceful, and eager to assist. Within a short amount of time, she was able to accomplish what the first representative refused to even investigate. Clair exemplifies the level of customer service that customers should expect and deserve. It is extremely disappointing when one employee’s poor attitude creates such a negative experience, especially when another employee demonstrates that the issue could have been handled professionally all along. Clair deserves recognition for her outstanding customer service. Unfortunately, because of my interaction with the first representative, I will think twice before choosing this location again.

  The ladies here are always so helpful! I appreciate their patience, thoroughness and customer service. It's prompt but doesn't lack care towards the customer.
