FedEx has not been the best at delivery for me. Recently, every package has been around 3 days late due to the "smart post". I noticed from checking my tracking that packages routinely go past my address in Stockton to go to Sacramento, then past Stockton again to go to Tracy, then back to finally be delivered in Stockton. I called to ask why and I was told "that's just how Smart Post works" doesnt sound very "smart" to me.
A package I am waiting for now has been delayed due to "rerouting to correct address". They had the correct address, not sure what happened there.
Last delivery, the driver left my front gate open. Wasnt big deal, but it could have been if my dog was in the yard to run off. Just annoying and sloppy.
There is no way to contact customer service by email, just to call and wait on hold. And complaints don't seem to matter to anyone anyway.
If I have a choice at checkout, I would NOT choose FedEx. Get it together, FedEx! Be more efficient!
