I came here to return purchases. I wasn’t aware I had to print return labels. I thought they will just scan bar code and the return labels will print. Nope. I had to email them (FedEx) the return labels . Thanks to MARISOL. She did all the work. She showed me how to do it for future returns. This is a plus! Especially for senior citizens who are not technology savvy. I also noticed, welcoming staff. Thank you!

I had a return weighing over 76 lbs the lady at the front desk didn’t really seem like she wanted to help me. I carried the package to the desk in the original box it was shipped in. She said she couldn’t take the return because it was “holey” but that’s the condition it was delivered in so I didn’t think there would be an issue. She said new boxes would be $76 to repack because her manager wouldn’t be okay with the box I packed it in which was the original box it came in. She was willing to help others but with me for some reason she didn’t really seem to care. I just think it’s crazy that wayfair gave me specific instructions to drop off here for return shipping and all of sudden this place has their own standards for shipping when the box is in the same condition it was sent in. It’s just a waste of time and service was terrible here.
Friendly and professional they treat people real nice .I have been there before and they are always helpful.I never give anybody 5 stars cause there is always room for improvement. But they are pretty good.

I had the pleasure of meeting Matt who’s an employee at the FedEx Store which is located in the College Square Shopping Center in Stockton, CA. I was there to pickup a FedEx delivery, and make a item return to Amazon. Matt was friendly, knowledgeable and thorough. Thanks Matt for assisting me, and making today’s experience a successful one.

If I could give this fedex retail store a zero I would unfriendly workers not kind and not helpful I would say rude you walk into the store and all the employees just stare they don’t acknowledge you with a welcome or anything whomever owns this store needs to clean house rehire and make sure their employees are trained properly on how to treat customers this is definitely a place I will be avoiding
