  This may genuinely be the worst customer service experience I've had at any UPS Store. I came in for a simple Nike return. While I was trying to locate the QR code on my phone, the employee decided that helping me was apparently beneath him and simply walked away. No offer to assist, no patience, no professionalism, just walked off. Once I finally got the return ready, I made a very simple request: I asked if he could package the shoes in front of me rather than leaving them sitting on a table. Any reasonable customer would want to make sure their return is properly handled before it disappears into the back. Instead of treating the request professionally, I was met with eye rolling, attitude, and the kind of annoyance you'd expect from someone being asked to perform brain surgery rather than a basic part of their job. The most amazing part wasn't the incompetence it was the attitude. There seems to be a culture here where customers are treated like inconveniences rather than the reason the store exists in the first place. Management should seriously reevaluate who they have representing their business. Customer service isn't complicated: be respectful, be professional, and don't act offended when a customer asks a reasonable question. Based on my experience, this location failed on every one of those points. There are plenty of UPS Stores in the area. I'd recommend saving yourself the frustration and taking your business elsewhere.

  Mike and his team are extremely knowledgeable and polite. It is very hard to find great customer service nowadays. I will surely return to this UPS Store. Also, I like the new look of the store.

  Mike was super helpful and patient and he went above and beyond. FedEx just lost a customer. Moving forward I will do all my shipping with Mike and his team.

  Store says they open 8 AM no body is here to open the store it’s now 8:25 AM and still no body here to open the door this is ridiculous
