  I shipped a package here the other day and the guy held onto it for three days before it reached UPS and the tracking number got activated and today I went in and inquired about a mailbox and the guy wants $35 a month for a mailbox postal and accept the street is $20 and if you buy six months they give you two months free this guy is out of his mind. I don’t know what he’s doing here.

  Needed 2 basic copies received a bit of an attitude from the sales rep. 78 cents for both and charged $3.29. Total $4.13 . Wow

  PÉSIMO servicio!!!! No vayan a esta sucursal de todo te quieren cobrar, en otras tiendas lo hacen gratis por usar su servicio! Me cobraron porque el empelado uso la cumputadora para imprimir una etiqueta de envío y más aparte el uso de la impresora. Cual solamente fue una hoja y me cobraron tres.

  This location is always busy and under-staffed... this is not the employee's fault and they tend yo be very helpful considering how over-worked they seem to be. I honestly appreciate their efforts. I just wish the owner would hire more help when they know how bad some reviews are and that they are driven by the lack of help hired to cope with the sheer volume of workload... and no, I don't work there or know any of the employees that do. This is 100% authentic observation over last 5 years of patronage.
