The staff are very helpful and ready to assist you. Apart from the white man that works at this location, I started to notice when I come in to retrieve my mail, he will purposely act like he’s too busy to help me. And it’s happened too many times to be a coincidence. I will make management aware of this the next time I visit the store.

I don’t usually have a good time shipping things out. It’s inconvenient but Katherine made the experience easy and welcomed me with a smile. Amazing service!!!

This place is almost always busy. I've only gone in for Amazon returns but it's been fine so far. Employees were attentive and efficient. They even walked me through how to use the new self service kiosk, which is a game changer. My only complaint is that they could be a bit more courteous. But I also understand what it's like to have no break in between customers. Their customer experience could improve by simply acknowledging customers when they get in the door, perhaps even having a floater that addresses needs of those waiting in line.
