  I live 2 and 1/2 miles from Sam Lui's office. I have never met them but was referred to their office many years ago when I was contemplating switching insurance companies. I have never been happier to have switched. Even though we've never met, it seems as if we've know each other for many years. The level of service I receive is personalized and Liza is most definitely responsive to all my calls and all my questions are answered.  Definitely customer-centric. Thank you Sam and for great service!!

  Sam Lui Insurance handles my parents insurance needs and a few years ago when I needed to make changes to my parents insurance they were extremely helpful in every way! Having become familiar with this office, I decided to switch to Allstate rather than continue with my previous insurance provider. Since becoming an Allstate customer, I have had nothing but great service and great rates. Not only has Liza provided me with great support by phone and email, she is quick to respond! I live over 140 miles away from their office and I am glad that they are my "local" agent. I probably would not have gone with Allstate had it not been for the personalization that I receive from them. Much appreciation to Liza and Sam!!!

  is a poor service, the office looks all dirty and messy, and the agent does not solve any questions. very bad experience !!!!!!
