I am very disappointed with my stay at this hotel. I called the front desk and requested housekeeping to clean my room and replace the towels. I was told that someone would come, but no one ever arrived.
The hotel is very old and outdated, with nothing special that would make me want to return. The windows do not block outside noise, so I could hear noise throughout the night, which made it difficult to sleep.
I was also charged $10 per vehicle, but I do not understand what this fee is for since there is no valet service or any special parking amenities. In addition, the reception staff were rude and did not even greet guests properly. Customer service was far below what I would expect from a hotel.
Overall, my experience was disappointing due to the poor service, outdated facilities, noise issues, and additional charges. I would not recommend this hotel and would not stay here again.

The rooms in this place stink. Literally. I arrived to my room to find a nasty funk and inoperable AC. I also found the window ajar and off the rails. Maybe the previous guest had escaped this 4th floor room the fast way? Everything is aged and dingy, from the scratched and dirty elevator to the ancient chairs and furniture in the room. But the stink was the big issue. I pushed to be switched rooms, which they did and upgraded me to a suite for free. However, this room also stunk! Must be the whole hotel. I recommend trying to find another hotel on your next SFO layover.
Great location and the staff have always been very kind and helpful. We've stayed a few times and Bianca has always been incredibly welcoming. There is a restaurant in the lobby and a McDonald's and IHOP across the street so if you don't have a vehicle you can still get some food. The rooms are furnished like a typical Best Western, perfectly fine for a few nights. Soft beds and full sized pillows. Very close to Cow Palace. If you are a light sleeper you may not like it because the aircraft do fly over the hotel and can get loud (top floors). Great AC in the rooms and there is a fridge / microwave in the room. Parking was $10 / night.

Unfortunately it started out quite poorly with the customer service. They booked a group with a charter bus then do not have parking for a bus. I was told it’s first come first serve, but there aren’t any spots to begin with. Then I was told street parking but I needed to read the signs which she said several times like I was stupid. Went and read the signs. No parking 3am-5am. Went back in and talked to the gentleman. He wanted to know if my company would just pay the ticket. OR I could go out at 3am and move it. Excuse me? It doesn’t work that way with a CDL. Long story short guy told me I was SOL and I needed to figure it out myself. No, if you agree to accommodate a bus it is up to you, the hotel, to ensure there’s parking. When I asked to talk to someone he said I would get the same answer and can’t talk to someone at 9am the next day.
