  RUDE EMPLOYEES at this messy, understaffed UPS Store. I was 2nd in line, still waited 10+ minutes to be helped. When I complained, was told word for word: "If you're in a rush - don't come here." Message received: you don't value my time. I won't be back.

  I arrived with packages to both pick up and drop off. The line was out the door when I arrived, and the facility was practically overflowing with packages. Staff was highly efficient, directing and funneling customers to the right places as they arrived. I was in and out in less than two minutes. They handled the high volume like a well-oiled machine. The parking lot is often another story, but if you can find a spot, they’ll get you in and out fast.

  I've been going to this UPS store for 20+ years. They are amazing! All hard working people who have never lost a package, and I ship a lot! I use their notary services for business. Seamless. They are super fast and are meeting the demands of all of the Amazon returns and holiday madness but they remain cool and collected. Keep up the amazing work ya'll!
