I cannot believe that I cannot order a subway without having to use a kiosk and credit card. Stop trying to be modern and be more organic

I'm updating my review because my recent visit was disappointing. I was told I had to use the self service kiosk and that Genesis, if l'm spelling her name correctly, could get in trouble for manually taking my order. That was frustrating because the kiosk did not give me the option to choose multiple cheeses, so my order was less accurate than it would have been if could just explain it at the counter like before. Iunderstand stores are trying to use newer systems, but customers should still have the option to order the traditional way, especially when the kiosk is limited. The old fashioned counter service was more accurate and easier. I also didn't like seeing an employee on the floor using her phone during the visit. Overal, think this location needs to bring back better customer service and not force customers to rely only on the kiosk.
