  They always mess up your order here. The girls dont know what theyre doing. Also, they force you to order with the kiosk. They wont let you order if you dont use the kiosk.

  I went last night to get some sandwiches, only to find I had to use a kiosk that isn't designed to meet customers' needs. On top of that, the employee I asked for help wasn't trained at all on how to assist people; she was very rude. The restaurant owner is neglecting everyone who isn't familiar with new technology... I think installing those kiosks was a terrible idea. South Gate is full of people who just want a good meal, but between the kiosk and the untrained employee... it was a really bad experience.
