I order from this location about twice a week and have never had an issue until yesterday, 5/15.
My elderly father went to pick up my sandwich order and arrived a little early, which was understandable. While waiting, he asked about the deal of the day and was met with attitude from one of the employees. He continued waiting while other customers came and went, and it wasn’t until around 11:30 that he went up to ask about the order again and was then given the sandwich.
When my father mentioned that it would have been nice to know the order was ready since he had been waiting the whole time, the two girls laughed at him. I found that extremely disrespectful and disappointing, especially toward an elderly customer.
As a regular customer, this experience was upsetting and I hope management addresses it.
