I just spent the best$1.97 of my life! My printer is not working so I needed to get some copies printed. The staff here was amazing and worked until we were able to get very legible copies. In this age of blah customer service, this store and exemplary staff stand out! Thank you all so much!

I had a terrible experience here. I needed to ship multiple things from my Grandmother's house because she just passed. I knew it was a lot of work so I went in with my daughter and ASKED the guy if it was an ok time to do it and if he could do that today. He gave me some snarky remark like, "Ummm... yeah- that's what I do." So I started to bring all my items in and line them up and he saw how much work it was going to be and basically told me he didn't think he could do it. AFTER I asked and uploaded. Really frustrating and rude. I went down the street to the one on 41st and they were SO kind and helpful.

Miquel T for president 2028! Truly a legend and an icon. Super helpful, patient, kind and brings a sense of personality to a place that’s supposed to be a corporate vanilla scoop of boring ice cream. No, Miguel would never have it that way- whistling every tune and telling customers that he loves his job and I believe it! Thank god we still have people like him in the world!

I had a horrible experience today while doing Amazon returns
I brought a big bag that had returns and there were 2 people in the store when I got there. The one customer before me was trying to email a level and the employee Dillon (not sure if this is his real name) was complaining because he had checked the computer email few times, and it was not sent. It was my turn because the lady kept trying and the employee decided to take me next. Ones he started working on my returns, you can tell he was already very unhappy with this job. At this time two other customers came in. The employee Dillon, looked at me and he said he was going to take other people because of my returns being so many. I told him, you only had done 3 returns!! He didn’t care and he moved on with the lady who was infront on me and finally he had received her emails to print her levels. After employee Dillon finished her, he called the customer behind me who also had returns. I ask the employee Dillon that he needed to take me next after him? The customer who was being served said, take her(me) first and employee Dillon didn’t care!! After the two customers who went infront of me, employee Dillon started working on my returns. At this point I’m happy because he is helping me but furious at the same time because he made me wait. Employee Dillon looks at me before he starts And he says I don’t like the way you’re looking at me. I asked him, what way do you want me to look at you? I Only came here to do my returns. He prints out a receipt after one of my returns and hand me the receipt and he said I’m not gonna help you!! You go to another store and return your items. I told him that I needed to talk to the manager and that I wasn’t leaving the store until I talk to a manager because this is not a way to treat customers. I waited in the store until Miguel the manager came back from his lunch across the street. Here is a photo of him doing nothing and refusing to help me. He should not be working there if he is going to treat customers this way! There are so many other people in line to take his job. I will really appreciate if the owner of the store could reach out to me?
