  Unreliable. I arrived 10 minutes before the Google Maps listed closing time to drop off a ready to go Amazon return, but they were closed! dark, no one inside.

  On Sunday the store says it's open til 3. I went there at 2:45 to drop off a package, with plenty of time to spare. The worker had already locked the front door making it seem like they were already closed. He was willing to take my package, but only because it was quick, and made it seem like I was inconveniencing him and that he was doing me a favor while it was clearly listed they were still open til 3. Very unprofessional.

  I just spent the best$1.97 of my life! My printer is not working so I needed to get some copies printed. The staff here was amazing and worked until we were able to get very legible copies. In this age of blah customer service, this store and exemplary staff stand out! Thank you all so much!

  I had a terrible experience here. I needed to ship multiple things from my Grandmother's house because she just passed. I knew it was a lot of work so I went in with my daughter and ASKED the guy if it was an ok time to do it and if he could do that today. He gave me some snarky remark like, "Ummm... yeah- that's what I do." So I started to bring all my items in and line them up and he saw how much work it was going to be and basically told me he didn't think he could do it. AFTER I asked and uploaded. Really frustrating and rude. I went down the street to the one on 41st and they were SO kind and helpful.
