  This store has just been nothing but downhill over the past few months. Me and my wife always had good experiences although now it seems as if customer service is no longer a thing. Rather than helping with a shipment, the employees would much rather curse right in front of us on top of the poor attitudes they begin with. We will not be coming back. I would happily leave ZERO stars if I could

  Great friendly fast service. Very helpful with my printing needs. I love that I can email them something to print and swing by to pick up.

  I've been to this UPS store numerous times. It is a privilege having a UPS store so easily accessible to us valley people, in my opinion. Beyond that though, each time I go the employees are extremely professional, courteous and not easily disturbed. I find this a hard to find quality among businesses these days. Thank you UPS Solvang.

  Rushed to get there before closing on a Monday and they were sealed up tight at least 15 minutes before posted closing time. I understand that if you are slow you want to close early, but if you are in a service industry people rely on you to be there during posted hours. If you want people to stay local then please don't close early or they may opt to take business elsewhere. It would have been one star but I had one previous okay experience.
