  This franchise location is so poorly run every time I've been there the service is super slow and rude and apparently they make their own rules and don't accept card and ask for only cash for under $5, yet they price their bags under $5!-- which is absolutely ridiculous!

  I went in with an Amazon return. The woman behind the counter said it was a STAGGERING $3 to print the return label (for a $0.05 piece of paper) and to top it off SHE WOULDN’T TAPE IT UP! She said they don’t provide tape for packages! I’ll GLADLY go to Del Mar Heights to UPS from now on where they will tape up my box “for FREE” and don’t charge $3 to print a label! You just lost a customer, Solana Beach UPS! Do better!

  Terrible customer service. Worst UPS store I’ve been to in a while and that’s saying something. The guy working at the counter is rude to his non-regular customers. AVOID

  The male owner is not very helpful or friendly. There is another UPS store on Del Mar Heights.

  Owner Jay refused to accept my Amazon return because he said the box had to be taped and proceeded to imply I had buy a whole roll of tape. I previously used this UPS location to run my Amazon business but today’s interaction lacked genuine and basic customer service, and for that I will not be returning to this location.
