  I walked inside the Subway on Lomas Santa Fe Road and saw the place look empty except for an employee having a break at the bar stool. I said hello to be friendly and waited patiently. After five minutes, a man comes out that looks like the manager and I said hello. He seemed to be on his way out. A few seconds later two more girls come from the back of the room and one stopped to help me. I greeted her with hello and how are you doing. I ate the sandwich there an noticed that when customers enter the store a bell rings. Also, the staff greeted the other customers and was at the counter. Maybe, I came on a change of shifts about 3pm on a Saturday.

  I ordered online 90 mns before they closed. I rushed down there an hour later to pick up my two orders, and saw a subway employee in his car, and the restaurant was locked up and closed. I received an email that stated due to foreseen errors, we had to cancel your order. We have refunded the money we charged your card. Well, thats all good and well, BUT. your hours state you are open till 10pm. I had a 930pm pick up time for my order. The employee that was sitting in his car was laughing and talking on his phone with the music playing. He saw me and drove out of there in a hurry. The time was 9:40 pm. I cant respect a business who lies about their hours and will not even provide a reason why THEY cancelled my pickup order.
