  Ordered carry out on July 18th around 9:00 PM, we ordered 24 wings, 5 additional wings, 1 large fry & 1 regular fry. We went to the store and we were given one bag. We live 20 minutes away, and get home to find all of the fries and additional wings are missing. We call the store to request a refund for the food that is missing and we were on hold for about 10 minutes. Finally, someone answers and tells us we need to come back with non-eaten food and a receipt. We live 20 minutes away. We requested a refund for the food that was missing and the employee hung up on us. Will never eat here again- and we love wing stop. Disappointing to be a loyal customer and to be treated like trash.

  Just meh.. Chicken is always a little bit too dry every time I'm gone. And then you get a basket full of soaking grease at the bottom
