  I could write an entire book on the service and atmosphere of this location. I'll keep it simple. The nighttime staff at this location are so disappointing. They are Slow, Impersonal, incoherent, Speak very little English, and treat customers that aren't their "friends" like they're a burden. Showing up after ordering online means I'd like my order to be ready when you said it would be ready. Not 15 minutes later. Instead, it appears as though they just started the order when I arrive. Every time. Too busy doing things other than work. Tonight it was taking care of her 2 boys that were sleeping in the lobby at 1am.

  $40 for an overly salty chicken sandwich, hard chicken nuggets, chicken "tenders," and greasy fries was a "crime." Couldn't finish the food. Disappointed.

  It was disappointing as I loved coming to this spot on my way home from work. I paid for 2 drinks and 2 fries but was only given one of each of them. The bag shows both 20 oz drinks and both fries yet when I asked if I had ordered a second drink I was told no but I could get a free one for a survey. I did it and I was given the cup which was great but looking at the ticket on my bag I should've had two cups to begin with. I also ordered a combo with fries and a separate order of fries but they only gave me the extra one I paid for..

  Had wings delievered to my house and seems like every time i get my wings there burnt and dryed out its not hard to change your frying oil every now and again my wings were like pork rhines

  Cashier was super sweet!!! Pretty sure she said we were her first order, she did amazing!! Very friendly :)
