  Store rep was too lazy to take my Amazon return. Said their system was down and that there is a maximum capacity they can accept per day. This happened on two consecutive days and the rationale appears awfully suspicious. Do your job Update: UPS store manager responded to this post and I would like to clarify that although the manager or store employee claims that system did not work, the same employee was packaging up Amazon return drop off orders in an Amazon shipment tote while reporting to me that the system was down. This is highly suspicious to the claim that the system was down and for an entire week. I went in 30 min before closing which is my suspicion of why the employee would falsify that the system was down in order to close up as soon it was 6pm closing time. Moreover a photograph is not intended as intimidation but rather accountability of the store. I recommend either providing the service you are advertising or change your store hours.

  The best Customer Service I have ever experienced at any UPS store! The folks are incredibly relational, helpful, kind and knowledgeable. I love the full service available and have used passport photos shipping, mailing. I couldn’t be happier and I will not go to any other UPS store!
