  Went in today and there were no other customers in the establishment. I was told by the employee I cannot order with him. I need to use the kiosk. 2nd time this has happened..maybe if its crowded I can see ordering that way. But with NO customers? Bring back the customer service. I left and went to the one on Cochran. Very friendly and great service...this subway not so much.

  The customer service is awesome. I was greeted immediately upon walking in and Kayla helped take my order. She was very patient with me being so indecisive, thoroughly explaining to me what I can add to my order. The quality of the food was great and I love the different sub of the days, my favorite having to be the Savory B.M.T. served on Saturdays. Highly recommend.

  Very unwelcoming and horrible service. Second rude interaction I’ve had with the same worker who opens.
