  This is the worst store. I called to confirm they were holding a package and that I could pick it up the next day. (This was a very important package with my much needed medications.) I was told "yes, I am looking right at it" and "no problem coming to get it tomorrow." When I got there, two different people working the counter flat out told me the package had been sent back. They didn't even look for it, and they did not care at all that I had called the day before about getting it today. They kept saying that I need to get it before it is returned and it was on me, regardless of my call. It didn't matter that the person I spoke to the day before never said it was at risk being returned and didn't suggest I come get it then. I was literally freaking out... when suddenly, they come walking out with the package they actually had all along. No apologies... no care whatever about the panic they caused. Honestly, this place is the worst -- and, in fact, this is not my first bad encounter with them. They even said today that they have all new people that are still being trained. Use a different UPS store if you can. That is my advice.

  This UPS Store is amazing! Everyone who works here is always so kind, friendly, and helpful. They are usually very busy, but they always have a great attitude and take care of every customer politely and professionally. A special thank you to Cam, who has helped me several times and is always super nice and helpful. Andy helped me today while Cam was off, and he was wonderful as well. Great customer service and a great team! If you have returns or anything you need to ship, I highly recommend this location. They make everything so easy and stress-free. Great job!

  I had a great experience with Lundyn. They were incredibly helpful, kind, and patient. They took the time to assist me and made the whole experience easy and pleasant.

  Luis went above and beyond to help me when I thought I lost my garage key in my package that I dropped off hours ago. Really appreciate how nice he was and was super patient with me

  10 🌟 for Cam. He stayed with me finishing my project - the ‘Connection cards’ for the pilot of the ‘Art Connections’ for the East Valley Community Center. He helped me get the right paper,print, laminate my cards and! Build this pyramid stand and he stayed for 1 hour after the shop was closed and we were all hardly worked to get that done. ✅ 4 sets of 4 cards / 4 artworks / 1 standing sign were produced in 2 hrs and it cost below $36 with a nice discount. One little minus - the glue sticks were not trustworthy. But this store manager effort was golden. Cameron is also an AI consultant - he gave me a few good tips. Highly recommend this man. You are in safe and skilled hands - he personally cut edges of my stand. I didn’t dare to do it myself. First time laminating and working with plastic… it was stressful to finish everything in time. Laminating takes a while to cut things - lesson learned. But all as good as:) hope UPS will Pay this man extra. He is worth it. Customer service excellence! Calm, knows his stuff and very kind.
