  I opened a PO BOX there which has been great. They even e mail you immediately when a package is delivered to you which is nice to have. The front counter has good ups shipping and other services too!

  My 93-year-old grandfather came here last week to have paperwork notarized. During his visit, he waited about 20 minutes before the notary refused to notarize one of his documents because it was written in another language. My grandfather explained that this same type of document had been notarized for him at this location on multiple previous occasions without any issues. The notary simply stated that he would not notarize it and walked away. Because my grandfather did not understand where the notary had gone or whether he was coming back, he waited another 15 minutes before asking someone to have the notary return. When my grandfather asked the notary for his name, the notary covered his name tag and walked away instead of identifying himself. The way my 93-year-old grandfather was treated was unacceptable. He deserved a clear explanation, professionalism, and basic courtesy. I hope this matter is reviewed so that future customers, especially elderly individuals, are treated with the respect they deserve.

  Friendly service, but I can’t believe they charge $1 for each strip of tape. I won’t come back here unless it’s urgent and I’ve already taped and printed.
