  My husband and I went in today to get 2 sandwiches. The first lady switched our breads in the beginning of the process so I politely stated that mine is a Spicy Italian on Italian herb and cheese bread and my husbands was on jalapeño bread and he wanted the NEW hot honey turkey Italian. She kept looking back at the menu to see what goes on his sandwich. Another lady comes and takes my sandwich to finish the process and at this point the first lady was ticked off and had an extremely bad attitude. So I continued with the second lady for the toasting process and veggie process. She asked if BOTH sandwiches were toasted and I said Yes please. When the first lady finished my husbands meat and cheese process and immediately asked him what veggies he wanted. Then the second lady told her she needs to toast it first. Then the first lady RUDELY SAYS “WELL THEY DONT SAY ANYTHING” When I have been completely understanding and ignoring her rude tone. The second lady already asked me and I answered. She should have offered for it to be toasted too. There is absolutely no reason to have a shitty attitude towards customers when your the one who make the mistake in the first place. As we were checking out with the second lady, the first lady messed up the peoples order behind us. She needs an attitude check and better training ! DO BETTER SHAFTER SUBWAY !!!

  Sandwiches are really good, meats always taste fresh and the staff give good service definitely recommend ☺️

  Thank you Jasmine my sandwich was soooo yummy made just how I ask. Also you are very nice great customer service, but your Manger was very rude and has poor customer service.
