  Store has what you need. Parking out front can be a challenge. Store is on west side of street going southbound. UPS Store is tucked in amongst other retail store fronts. There is a parking lot across the street. Plus a parking area adjacent to the post office. Staff has always been courteous, efficient and professional.

  The facility appears professionally designed and able to accommodate many shipping and related needs. Unfortunately, on my several visits (with one exception) it appears to be staffed by employees who are not adequately trained for their roles. Hospitality including eye contact and a “Hello” would have gone far as I waited some 15 minutes in line while the employee repeatedly took measurements and fumbled with packaging options for a customer. When asked if he would be much longer, the reply was a gruff “yeah”. As I had a scheduled appointment to go to, I left with my return package. Unfortunately, I could not locate an alternative UPS store in Sebastopol.

  Update your hours on Google Maps when changed like everyone else. Your posted signs don’t help when I drive into town and lug a huge package to the door when it says you are open.

  New location across the street. Much larger....it's ok to return Amazon items...

  Heads up, I was sent away for a single page notary. The lady behind the counter said I could make an appointment and come back later. I have used this location multiple times and this was the first time an appointment was ever a requirement.
