  Terrible customer service. First of all I waited in an empty store for over 10 minutes no sign of any employees. The employee that finally showed up at the counter was an older gentleman who was very dismissive and helpful to the point where I couldn’t even get my business done that I came in for. I highly recommend UPS leadership audit this location and hold the franchisee or the management accountable for what looks to be a long trend of poor customer service (based on the current rating and past reviews). I typically go to the UPS store in my neighborhood (7th & Redondo, Long Beach) which is a phenomenal five star customer experience every time I’m in there and I’m in there about once a week and have been for years now. They’re simply no excuse for the poor management that’s happening at this Seal Beach Blvd. location.

  store owner here is always reliable and nice. I've always had a good experience here but never posted a review, today my mom accidentally left a blank check I wrote for her there, and he was honest and called me for me to pick it up. 5 stars!

  I had to get live scans done for my job and Mr. Patel was very helpful in making an appointment for me and completing the scans in a timely manner!
