  I'm in the midst of a stressful move. My last errand was to box up cable equipment and send off to Comcast. Jeff and Pia were kind and helpful, and took care of everything with just a scan of a barcode. I didn't have to box up or pay any fees. The highlight of my day. Thank you!!

  Lindsey was so incredibly helpful! I was very stressed about getting ahold of a copy of an old live scan, and he took the time and effort to track it down for me, even though it was a difficult process. He saved me from having to spend lots of extra time and money. I’m truly grateful for his excellent service. He deserves a raise!!!

  Jeff did an amazing job! I witnessed him juggling like 10 customers at one time without any help! Absolutely amazing customer service! He needs a raise! God bless him

  Tried calling for about an hour. On hold until I’m hung up on. Did this 3 times. I’ll give money to someone who wants my business. Don’t bother with them, they won’t do anything. Too much like work.

  Lindsay at the UPS Store in Scotts Valley, CA was awesome today. I brought in my box sealing materials (scissors, tape) to finish packaging my fairly large package, and Lindsay called me over, saying "I can do that for you." Friendly, great energy at the end of the day. Excellent service all the way around!!!
