We had to get a lot of documents notarized. Jillian was patient and thorough. We came in first to get a quote and then came back an hour later to do the job. She paid attention to every detail and went above and beyond to take care of us while working with her co-worker to make sure all customers walking in were taken care of. I can’t recommend highly enough. Jillian and her associate are exceptional.

Jillian Ibarra, store manager & notary was very professional & kind with our notary service. I’m new to the area and this makes me feel confident about making this my go-to UPS store.

Long review, but worth the read! I actually go out of my way to come to this location. If you've ever been to the one on Copper Hill Drive, you'll understand why. That branch stresses me out every single time. The energy is tense, the staff is rude, and I DREAD walking in. This place? Complete opposite. The team here is joyful, warm, and genuinely kind. They're talkative in the best way- joking with customers, laughing with each other, and making you feel totally at ease even when you're walking in with a mountain of packages like I did yesterday. The vibe is positive, team-oriented, and it shows. You can just tell these people actually like their jobs and like each other. The woman I believe is the manager deserves a special shoutout. She's so pleasant, and it's clear her team genuinely enjoys working for her. That kind of culture doesn't happen by accident. She creates it! Seriously, if Copper Hill is your default, do yourself a favor and make the drive to this location instead.10/10, will always come here.
