  Convient array of shipping services. I love having a local shop to pop into and quickly ship off a package. The workers are friendly and do their best to handle customers quickly. They used to have a team of older workers that were very fast and knowledgeable. The newer younger team is sweet, but still developing their customer service skills. For instance, even though I called ahead to verify that their notary is available today, when arriving at the store 5 min later, the notary was on a break and customers waited for service. Also, the scanner used for self service Amazon quick package drop off was not working and the team didn't know how to get it working. So four customers were lined up and waiting. The service quality and speed have definitely dropped, but the convenience is hard to beat.

  My husband was just in the store thinking he needed to notarize a document. Jillian (store manager) with her knowledge and diligence redirected his transaction towards a no-charge faster and smoother service. He was impressed and I was surprised since his business service needs are often tedious and time consuming, that’s why I didn’t accompany him. All this to say, thank you to Jillian and the friendly staff…walking into a clean and well organized store made it a pleasant business morning! DBA - LAGATZ Motors Alexander Monroy

  Frequently use them to ship packages or return amazon packages. Great staff. Never had a problem.

  I have used this UPS over the years and I have never left with a bad experience. Recently, I was in a bind for my Power of Attorney paperwork and the owner went above and beyond to help my daughter and me. We are sooooo grateful for her superior customer service. I swear I have not had such a perfect response to my needs from a service perspective in years and I appreciate it more than I can express!! Also, a plus the ladies who work there are top notch as well.
