  To the older gentleman working there 09/27 at 8:50 pm. I called you probably ten times saying excuse me to pick my order and you did not listen. When i go to grab MY order you were incredibly rude to me and saying i will call the police on you??? Because its not mine??? I showed him my pickup reciept yet still his ego was high that he was not giving it to me. I gave him my phone and said for Afraz and he said no no no. I made him READ my name out loud and read my screen then he had no words and pointed to the bag to grab it with his wet hands? I’m the last person to complain but have some humility and respect and accountability. It could have simply been sorry i did not hear you call me but no. To the managers, if you see this, please have a word if you will because my whole experience was hostile and i won’t be coming to this place again.

  My pickup order was missing items. When I told the staff, they didn't offer to fix it. Check your bag before you leave, because if something's missing, don't expect this location to take your word for it.

  My pickup order was missing 10 Lemon Pepper wings and 5 Hot Honey Rub wings. When I told the staff, they didn't offer to fix it. Instead, they insisted I had already received the items and accused me of lying. Mistakes happen, and I would have been fine with a simple "sorry, let us make that right." Being called a liar for reporting a missing order was the real problem. Check your bag before you leave, because if something's missing, don't expect this location to take your word for it.

  Had the tender combo and everything was great! Service was quick and the store was quiet and clean.

  There are a lot of spaces to sit, the cashier was okay, and everything just summed up to be not bad, so I give 4 stars.
