  The young guy working tonight was friendly had a smile and quickly took care of my packing and shipping needs. Rare is it that customer service is on point even on a Friday evening before closing!! I wish I got his name but whoever was working 8/21 around 5:35 is the best!

  Dont get a mail box here. Thank me later! Wanted to leave 1 star but their employees are good. Owners keep price hiking. Had a mailbox here for 10+ years never again. they charge double everywhere else. Lakeside ups box is $312 per year. Santee wants $568 per year from loyal members on a small box and $480 from new menbers lol they got it backwards! Forced to go accross the street to postal annex! Shame 🫠

  Nani and Randi are absolutely amazing people. They go above and beyond to always be kind and helpful when I am in need. Thank you for this. This store always has quality workers here. Keep it up.

  Rude staff. The heavy set guy assisted me and he was lacking communication skills just straight up rude. My transaction was very easy too, no questions, came in prepared. First time i came here and bad experience.

  Nicest people ever! The guy who helped me (I forgot to ask for his name, but he has blue eyes and wears glasses) was sooo nice. International packages can be complicated, but he never made me feel like a burden. He also gave me great options and solutions.
