  This is the typical store I go to, very disappointed in the food quality. I will not be going back. The food looked horrible. The roast beef was green, the lettuce was bright red and wilting. She barely sprinkled any cheese on the sandwich, when asked for a little bit more. She told it would be extra.

  I think subway is going down the drain. I ordered cheesy Garlic meal sub. It was so bad dry no sauce at all. My 3 years old could make better sub than this place did. Look at pictures and compare them.

  If I would give no stars I would. The servous here is terrible. It all started when I asked for just a little more mayo and she had a fake smile while saying it's that ok! And after every everything I asked she kept say is that ok! Eventually I ask her if she was ok.... We dined in and received only one napkin per sandwich, we got 3 sandwiches one sandwich was basically shared between two small children. Hubby asked for more napkins and she signed and said you have napkins.... We have a party of four and two which are very small children. Husbands response was one napkin per sandwich will not be enough and we paid over $40, We need more napkins in which she had no choice but to hand us 2 more napkins that were rudely percented. Shortly after we needed more napkins because with two 2 kids you need more. So hubby asked for more and her response was "that will be a $1 per napkin!" We were not going to a $1 per napkin.... I'm not sure what her issue was but I've never had heard that before... do they have a shortage of napkins? I think she was just going to have a bad day and taking it out on us because she wasn't doing it to anybody else. But she gave us more napkins just 3 more. Unfortunately the entire time we were there we were getting stink eye from her. My children drink their drinks that we came in with, and I wanted to fill up with water so she watched me the entire time. She spoke Spanish and obviously thought I did not speak and talked trash the customers and they had to hear. I do not recommend this restaurant for a nice lunch. We only eats out once a month and it wasn't a very good environment the food wasn't properly assembled and that woman was not a very nice woman. I asked for her name and the manager and she gave me neither. I can understand if you're frustrated but don't take your frustrations out on your customers who are trying to enjoy a meal. And is wasn't like we were being rude and difficult , I just ask for a little more mayo ..... If you don't like what you're doing you should probably move on to a different job. 3/14/2026 this meal was around 12:30pm.

  No one was at the front counter when I walked in and they did not come out when I left. I left my chips and drink right there on the counter
