I received an advertisement from this agent to my address with a picture of my home that I have owned and lived in for 31 years and it was addressed to someone else. I called the number on the flyer because I am concerned why they think my home belongs to someone else. I got an agent that said they are having problems with the mailing lists they have been buying matching names to addresses. When I started to express my concerns the agent started in with “hey I am out with my family and pregnant wife” and making me feel bad for calling and being concerned “ Why did he answer the phone? This flyer, and the incorrect name really makes me wonder and concerned about how companies like this handle people’s personal information. This means that my name is on another advertisement to another home ?!?!?!I have been with my home insurance company for over 31 years, but if I ever need to change, I would not consider Allstate at all if this is their business practices. Also, I live in the SF Bay Area, why is a San Diego company sending flyers up here?

Worst insurance broker in San Diego. Had them for years partnered with CA fair plan. Come to find out they made changes to their system this summer and suddenly that portion is no longer impounded...guess it was my job as a customer to know when companies change their system and assure policy numbers stay the same? They returned checks from our mortgage company and now want everything to be paid upfront all while refusing to send me the actual cancellation letter. What a helpful broker. Do NOT give them your business.
Do not go with this company. One stars too high. We have been with them for 30 years for auto and home. One day they sent a “third party” inspector out of the blue and said they were canceling our home policy because the BBQ was to close to the house and that our vinyl fence touched the house. We moved the BBQ and fixed the fence but they said ALLSTATE does not want to be in California anymore and does not want our business. Their office manager Cindy actually said this to us!! They were rude and refused to work with us. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY OR JIM KELLY.

Been with Allstate for years. House flood, car flood, car accident, 4 teenagers driving. Allstate never let us down. Allstate Rocks!!!! We've seen and spoke with people using the other options for insurance and they are lousy. Thanks Allstate.
This agency don't care about any customers needs and wants the agents are plain rude the cut in when your talking they don't want to sell insurance that the customer wants they dictate what they will sell and if you don't like it they say tough go somewhere else they don't care what a customer wants they only will sell hi limit policy like 50k min or 100k. And roadside damage got to be 100k is a must with them they dictate dictate dictate and that's it. take it or leave it .not very helpful if you ask me.if your looking to buy insurance go as far away from dictated businesses all that matters to this particular agency is money.and how they can get more money from their customers.
