  Awful. Had an 8am fingerprinting appointment that arrived to 10 minutes early, 8:01a I go to the door and it's completely locked, 8:09a it is still locked with no Personnel inside, I gave them 20 minutes grace and left at 8:20a because I had to go back to work. So then I called the store at 9:00 a.m. and a young lady answered with an attitude after I asked what would be a good time to go in to get fingerprinted since the store was not open at 8:00 a.m. for my appointment and her response is "whenever" and hangs up. Then I go into the store & young lady seem to be doing something wrong because the older lady there had to coach her through a transaction. This older lady is the one who took my fingerprints, who also seem to have an attitude, saying "hopefully they take them" meaning my fingerprints. Overall I would never recommend this location to anybody for any reason especially the fingerprints that have to go to the FBI. And I don't usually leave reviews especially when they're negative however this was such an awful experience that I just have to say something.

  Try to charge me $78 to send a letter with tracking and $30 to send a letter without. Either a grossly incompetent employee, trying some absurd upsell, or UPS is just effed these days. Went down the street to the post office and paid 6.37

  Went there earlier today to drop off a pre-labeled package. Went in and the place was empty and there was a young girl further down behind the counter. I cheerfully said "Hi" and got no response. She walk over to where I was standing and I sat the package down. Again she, I believe is her name Jaclyn, said nothing. When she started to scan the package, I asked politely for a receipt, and I got a "mmhm". She thrusted the receipt at me and as I took it, I thanked her. Again I got "mmhm". Never did she smile, or look at me directly. She just acted like I was an inconvenience. It took less than 3 minutes to help me and she couldn't make an effort for that short period of time to try and be friendly. Luckily I usually use the UPS Store on Calistoga Rd where they are always friendly and helpful.

  I came by for a Return and there was a 12-year-old girl working the counter I couldn’t return my product no active worker at this location. What the hell is going on?
