  The rep told me I had couldn’t ship to anything but PO Box addresses. The manager said they could, then he tried to charge me $60 for a USPS priority when it should been around $19 then the manager stepped in again then I asked for a paperclip and he stapled my stuff when I told him not too. I’m so upset at this company. Horrible service. This is UPS not some random company.

  So helpful! Walked in and was greeted immediately. I had a package to return but could not bring it in because it was too big and i had my baby with me. With no hesitation i was helped with the package. Such a small gesture but not something you see too often nowadays. Especially at big business chains. With that being said i will be coming back here for any future shipping needs.

  Amanda was incredible! I was shipping clothes to my daughter at college, and she really took her time looking into the best pricing options for me. She was patient, kind, and so helpful. It’s rare to get service like that — thank you for going above and beyond!
