  I had some packages sent here and they returned them to the senders immediately. Wouldn't accept any of my packages. Told me that pickup holding is 9.99 per small package and up. I asked if I could use my phones wallet app to show identification and the worker wouldn't accept. Walked out very dissatisfied and the worker told me it didn't matter. No offense but your store isn't even that busy and you could have at least tried to accept some business from a willingly paying customer. This place is weak. Asked how much the mailboxes were and said 40.00 a month. This place is in one of the less affluent areas of Santa rosa and yet they charge the highest price for their services? I have a phone that has the capability to confirm my identity through the CA DMV system by my driver license. You're just a difficult person to try and do business with. Then another package was sent and she actually accepted the delivery and then sent the package back for a return. So now when I talk to customer service at the company who I ordered from they're going to say that it was delivered and that I dont't get a refund based on their company policies.

  Happy to have a UPS location closer to home and the lady is very fair. Served by the Franchise owner.

  woman working was on her personal phone (loud, on speaker phone) having a conversation with someone and didnt acknowledge me during the process of scanning codes for returns.
