  I ordered a 12 inch and a kids meal. The guy working the counter didn’t seem to understand anything I ordered and I had to keep repeating myself over and over to get the order in. When I got the order paid, I was charged for a kids meal but he only gave the sandwich. When I explained that the kids meal comes with the “mini-sub”, applesauce and a drink, he kept saying “no” and pointing to the additional cost for apple sauce and drink. (Even though that is listed as individual items only) I kept reiterating that this is a kids meal and pointed out that the sign clearly shows it’s included and he just refused. Complete waste of my time and money. And I thought subway was trying to get better with their new menu.
