  Great service and the sandwich was amazing. Great store overall with great people working it. Had a great conversation with the workers and they made my day. Please go to this store and try it out it will not disappoint.

  Great food, employees were super nice. Restaurant was also super clean. Sandwich was made amazing filled with tasty ingredients. Would 100% recommend this location. Not sure about the other 1 star reviews my times I have been were astonishing.

  I keep coming back to the Subway in downtown Santa Rosa, and at this point it's basically routine. Bread's fresh every single time, veggies and meat come piled on generously, and the whole place is spotless — floors, tables, all of it. Sounds like a lot to say about a sandwich shop, but honestly, walking in there just makes a rough day feel a little better.

  The Subway in downtown Santa Rosa is just my spot. The evening person knows my order by now and starts toasting my bread before I even finish talking, which never stops being a nice little moment. Bread's always fresh, veggies are never skimpy, and the place is actually clean — tables wiped, floors not sticky, all of it. It's silly to say a sandwich shop feels like a reset button on a bad day, but honestly, it kind of does. Five stars, easy.

  First off, the staff actually remember regulars, which sounds small but it's not. There's this one guy who works evenings and he'll start toasting my bread before I even finish saying what I want because he's seen my order enough times to know it by heart. That kind of thing just doesn't happen everywhere anymore. The bread is always fresh too, not that sad, slightly stale situation you sometimes get at other locations. And they're generous with the toppings — like actually generous, not the sad three pieces of lettuce and two tomato slices you get when someone's trying to save money on veggies. I always get it loaded up and they never make me feel like I'm asking for too much. It's clean in there too, which matters more than people think. Tables wiped down, floors not sticky, bathroom doesn't make you regret your life choices. Little things but they add up. Honestly it's become one of those places where going feels a little bit like a reset button on a rough day. Cheesy to say about a sandwich shop, I know, but it's true. Five stars, no notes, this is my Subway.
