Been a customer for 6 yrs. This place went downhill after Greg left the company. They were also rude to me over the phone, and I REALLY don't appreciate that.
EDIT: Andrew and the other guy (black w/dreads) went above and beyond to help me today. It was honestly touching, and I feel very grateful that they took so much time and energy to assist me in getting my labels aligned correctly. I understand it's been a difficult week for them, and tension is high. It shouldn't be like this forever.
The sraff service was excellent, thorough, and friendly. Didn't have to wait in line. However, the choice and quantity of shipping products(boxes, tape, bubble wrap, etc.), were greatly lacking. Empty shelves, racks, and hooks everywhere. I can't say for sure, but unfortunately, it looks like they're going to close down this location soon.

Christine and Rich are amazing and helped me fix a 400(!) page problem, and were incredibly kind and patient. So happy for the help I received here.
Would not ship a pair of AirPods because they “have a battery in them”. It was part of a warranty exchange with prepaid fedex labels. I had to spend an hour on the phone with fedex to get a pickup scheduled, then they messed up the pick up. I will not use FedEx again, let alone this branch. The manager was very rude. They ship AirPods constantly…

The staff were really nice and helpful. Totally made up for the slow computers and difficult to find parking.
