  My mom went in to port over and get help but was treated horribly. She was talked down to, mocked, and made to feel embarrassed for not understanding how to work her phone. This went as far as my mom being called "mensa" in other words "dumb". There is a main employee named patty or patricia whom many of my family member have had similar encounters with. If you're buying a new phone, sure, they'll more than gladly help you. If you just need support with something small, be ready to get ignored, mocked, or turned away. Customer service shouldn't depend on how much money you're about to spend. Employees should be trained to help people patiently, not humiliate them!!!!!!!!!!! 7 days after my mom ported in to cricket, i ported her right out because of this store.

  Esa señora Patricia es pesima, el servicio al cliente es terrible. Son muy enojones, no quieren ayudar a la gente, y con un carácter como que si no les gusta trabajar. Nunca vayan a esta tienda
