  Last October had a serious car accident. I was in a cast. I stayed here with a hospital. Stay rate the girl at first was nice, but the manager was probably one of the meanest people I have ever met with someone with us at Disability. He wouldn’t allow the door for me to be open to walk in and out and get help so they don’t have any handicap doors that automatically open and instead of helping he asked me to leave after I had already been there for a couple of weeks and I’m probably one most cruelest and discriminating experiences I’ve ever had in my life. In fact it was his son who made the offer to help me bring up the food so I wouldn’t spill it, but they don’t care luggage hauled people’s luggage up to their room, but they certainly care. then they had the audacity to have a sign on the counter that says if there’s anything they can do to make you feel at home well, they went ahead and exaggerated the situation with our Best Western corporation when I had only asked for a couple of times to get the help therefore if you have a problem and you have a medical need, don’t come here. Don’t come here and spend your money and expect these people to be nice to you because I’m gonna tell you they don’t care and that manager is a Schevy be ashamed of himself

  Located in the heart of wine country, this quaint Best Western is a treat. With a patio to sit upon morning and evening in the cooler Northern California weather, the special details of the gift bag with water and a wine opener, tissue designs, and a super coffee maker available at all hours adds plus stars to the rating. A pool and nice landscaping make it more of a getaway, maybe to explore the wine country. Grab a cup of custom-made latte or cappuccino when you hit the road. The price is right too!

  We got the hot tub room and the room is really nice. 2 big rooms 1 queen bed plus a hideaway couch bed. The back door has a little porch area that leads straight to the pool for easy access. Great breakfast in the morning with tons options . This is my second time staying here and will definitely be coming to stay again. Staff is super nice and helpful 👍 love that it's kid friendly here my kid had a blast in the pool

  When we come to the Santa Rosa area this is the place we stay! The staff are friendly and go out of their way to help you in anyway that they can. The location is perfectly situated right off of the 101! Just a few minutes drive north and you see beautiful views and taste wine if you’d like. Drive an hour south and you can visit San Francisco. Have an electric car? No problem. This hotel has EV charging stations. The rooms are spacious. This hotel has the best breakfast bar for any hotel that I’ve ever experienced.
